In partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and the New Hampshire Early Childhood Funders Collaborative, Prenatal to Five Fiscal Strategies is working on developing a Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis (CFA) process and how it can support long-term sustainability and equity in NH’s ECE system.
