New Hampshire’s early childhood system is at a crossroads, and this virtual conversation will explore how to shape a future early care and education system (ECE) that better serves young children, families, and providers in the Granite State. In partnership with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services and the New Hampshire Early Childhood Funders Collaborative, Prenatal to Five Fiscal Strategies is working on developing a Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis (CFA) process and how it can support long-term sustainability and equity in NH’s ECE system.
